BOOKING
Information on how to book, prices and the activities,
is available on request and can be sent to you by post or e-mail.
This way we know you have all the relevant information you require.
All bookings are confirmed as soon as possible, along with further
information to help campers and visitors to have a comfortable and
enjoyable stay. Below is all the different ways to book your stay
at Phasels Wood.
Bookings
can only be accepted as confirmed if they are in writing, fax or
e-mail accompanied by the appropriate deposit. Telephone bookings
will only be treated as provisional bookings.
BOOKING
A CAMP There is no need to telephone to provisionally book
a camp – simply write, fax or e-mail – please see below
for details.
BOOKING
ACTIVITIES Please do not telephone to book activities –
write, fax or e-mail. Book instructors at the time of booking activities.
BOOKING
IN-DOOR ACCOMMODATION Please telephone to make a provisional
booking to ensure the dates you require are available, then write,
fax or e-mail – please see below for details. Provisional
bookings will be held for 10 days after which they will be regarded
as cancelled.
BOOKING
BY FAX Complete the booking form/s and fax to the number
below. Send the appropriate deposit within 10 days to the address
below. A confirmation and receipt will be returned by post. If your
e-mail address is on the form, confirmation may be sent via e-mail.

BY POST Complete the booking form/s and send with the appropriate
deposit to the address below. A confirmation and receipt will be
returned by post unless your e-mail address is on the booking form
when confirmation may be sent by e-mail.
BOOKING
BY E-mail When booking by e-mail, please do not use a booking
form, instead supply all the information requested on the check
list below: Put the necessary information at the side of the list
number – do no repeat the wording on the check list.

booking buildings,

Confirm the e-mail booking by sending a cheque - on the back of
the cheque write the date of your camp and your Group name. No covering
form or letter is required.
PATROL
CAMP BOOKING By e-mail. The patrol leader should e-mail
as set out above, adding the Scout Leader’s name and telephone
number. The P/L should bring an Event Passport when coming to camp.
No deposit is required for a Patrol Camp (without an adult leader)
ARRIVAL
AND DEPARTURE TIMES IN-DOOR ACCOMMODATION Sept to end of
July: 6pm on day of arrival to 5pm on day of departure School holidays
– Spring Bank Holiday, July/August 1pm on day of arrival to
Noon on day of departure. CAMPING
- You may arrive and depart at any time.
