How To Book

You can book by email, post or using the form below. The following applies to all methods of booking.

• All bookings are provisional until a deposit of £5 per person is received.
• All bookings are on a first come first served basis.
• Payment can be made by cheque only unless paying in person at the office at Phasels Wood where cash can be accepted.
• Cheques should be made payable to "Phasels Wood Scout Camp" and the Group Name should be written clearly on the back.
• The balance of £7.50 per person should be received before 5th July.
  All bookings made after 14th June are to accompanied by full payment of £12.50 per person.
• All bookings by email or post should have the following details:

  1. Name of Group
  2. Group Leaders Name, Address and Telephone Number
  3. Group Leaders Email Address
  4. No Of Tickets Required
  5. Day for which tickets are required (Sat 12th July or Sun 13th July)
  6. Amount of deposit/payment being sent
