The Rowan Lodge

The Rowan Lodge consists of a main hall and open plan kitchen, 5 bedrooms sleeping 26 people in total (Camp fees for 26 are included in the cost) 2 washrooms each with one toilet and shower.
The kitchen section contains 2 household sized gas cookers, large fridge, stainless steel worktop and water heater. Heating in the main hall is with gas heaters. Tables and chairs to seat 26 people.

Bedrooms: 3 bedrooms with 6 bunks and 2 bedrooms with 4 bunks. Each bedroom has an electric heater. Gas for cooking and heating the hall and electric for lighting is included in the hire charge.
Electric heating in the bedrooms and for appliances is extra on meter (£1 coins).
There is camping space at the back of the building. Rowan Lodge is popular for Pack Holidays. Fully catered packages are available upon request.

FURTHER INFORMATION REGARDING BUILDINGS

Extra campers Camp fees for the number of beds in the building is included in the hire charge and only the maximum number specified are allowed to sleep in the building. Additional campers may pitch tents adjacent to the buildings, for an extra charge of the current camp fee per person.

Personal equipment - Bedding is not supplied, campers need to bring sleeping bags, pillows etc.

Cooking equipment - There is no cooking equipment in the buildings. You are advised to bring your own cooking pots and pans, although there are saucepans, kettles, trays, etc. available to hire for a small charge. Please pre-book. Crockery and cutlery is not supplied.
